Since acquiring The Hoxton Holborn and Shoreditch at the end of 2023, and the Shelbourne Hotel in March 2024, we have worked with the teams to continue pushing their ESG initiatives and bring about improvements.
We are pleased to announce that all three hotels have achieved a GSTC accreted certificate to showcase their leading standard of excellence in the environmental responsibility field for tourism. With the two London hotels achieving a Green Key certificate and the Shelbourne achieved a Green Hospitality Ireland award.
The energy and water emissions have been monitored and shown below for the Year to October 2024.
