ARCHER HOTEL CAPITAL B.V. ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF THE HOXTON SHOREDITCH AND THE HOXTON HOLBORN

Archer Hotel Capital (“Archer”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the 210-key Hoxton Shoreditch and the 220-key Hoxton Holborn in London for a total purchase price of ca. £215 million from Norlake Hospitality. The hotels are prominently located in the heart of the UK capital and following the transaction, they will continue to be managed by Ennismore.
