Archer Hotel Capital are delighted to announce that we have retained our 5 Star GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) rating for the 2024 assessment. This puts Archer in the top 20% of all entities across Environmental, Social and Governance issues. This is a fantastic achievement and testament to the dedication of our teams across the portfolio especially as we managed to improve on our score and gained a point from last year. We are looking forward to buildings on this in the coming years.
